Bud is a rugged man with ties to an unsavory enterprise while Sei is a gritty youngster dabbling in dubious transactions. Despite strongly resisting (and partly due to Sei's poor performance as a prostitute), Sei eventually becomes one of Bud's employees with an immediate spark between them.
